Yep, you asked for it and here it is! For our first 100% bar we used beans from the legendary Bachelors Hall Estate, in Jamaica, WI. These beans have very low acidity and, a deep chocolate flavour with very subtle notes of tropical fruit. These characteristics make this 100% bar clean and smooth.
