The inspiration for this bar came from a late-night drive and the need to stay awake. We stopped for coffee and I decided to try (at the barista's suggestion) a brown sugar, oatmilk latte ("its not too sweet," she said). I fell head over heels for the flavour and immediately decided it needed to be a chocolate bar.  A few experiments later (if you were at the Winter Chocolate Show this February, you might have picked up experiment number 1) and we've hit on something we love. 

The chocolate is creamy and smooth with a hint of coffee and cinnamon. The oat and brown sugar contribute a slight caramel note to the sweetness. It's a laze around with a good book and a cup of coffee kind of bar.
