This chocolate bar is an homage to the cheerful holiday drink available all over the Caribbean - sorrel. With a base of Nicaraguan cacao, we added dried Jamaican sorrel (hibiscus) and allspice and topped it with generous chunks of crystallised ginger. This produces a deeply chocolately bar with the spicy tang of sorrel; the perfect after-dinner bar.

Runaway Bay refers to that beautiful stretch of beach on the NW coast of Antigua close to our old family home.
