The cacao for this 72% bar comes from the ABOCFA Co-operative Cocoa Farmers and Marketing Society Limited (ABOCFA), which is the only organic and Fairtrade Certified cocoa cooperative in Ghana. We were keen to try this West African bean grown ethically and organically by a community co-operative. This cacao produces a delicious creamy chocolate with a rich fudgy flavour and notes of coconut and peanut.
