Chuncho is one of the world’s most interesting origins for its bold and highly diverse fruit and floral flavour profile and almost no astringency. Hailing from the Cusco region of Peru, Chuncho has been classified as its own genetic variety cluster.
We purchased only a small amount of this Peruvian bean and loved the delicate floral notes and fruitiness. The higher cacao butter content of this varietal adds to the creaminess of the bar.
